    Introduction

    If you have ever attempted a diet, you will probably understand one word – hungry.

    Most diets out there make you crave foods you can’t have, you become hungry and irritated as a result, and you basically decide the whole thing isn’t worth it and throw in the towel.     Have you heard of the Keto Diet?

    You might have heard of it as a low carbohydrate diet, the Ketogenic Diet, or simply the Keto Diet, but whatever it has been called, the bottom line is that this is a diet which can help you achieve your weight loss goals, but it can also help you achieve a healthier lifestyle overall, without the pitfalls of regular low calorie diets.

    If you have picked up this book, that is probably because you are looking for a diet you can stick to without the usual pitfalls that other fad diets bring.
