The thing that I don't like about it is that you will get back what you lost whenever you stop the Keto. My advice is to keep going with it till the end! Don't stop and say that I can't handle it.

The keto meal is a strict diet that helps you burn fat a lot more efficiently. As you might have already known, fat can cause a lot of health issues, most especially when they clog in your blood streams. If you did not already know that, now you know. Chapter 1: What is Keto Dieting?
What is the fuss about keto diet everyone seems to be talking about these days? Well, the fuss is all about the health benefits of a keto diet. Keto diet is simply a diet that is low in carbohydrates, but significantly high in proteins and fats. Keto diet is a short way of saying the full Ketogenic diet.
I know right! Just protein and fat, although that is no excuse to eat all the bacon in the world. Keto diet is great and has lots of health benefits, which we would be discussing later in the book. You may have heard about the keto diet from a friend, or you probably saw it on TV, the truth is keto diet would do better to you that you can possibly imagine.
Many times, we just eat food for our belly without even taking a second to imagine what our body really needs. Being obsessed or having fats at the wrong places may be as a result of the wrong food that we eat. Exercise helps a lot, but while exercising, combine it with the right dieting can go a long way.
Keto diet is a type of diet that pays attention to reducing excessive fat in your body. Did you know that when you eat, especially carbohydrate food, it is converted to glycogen which is stored under your skin? I guess by now you can now draw the dots that connect keto diet with low carbohydrate in the diet.
So, in essence, the Keto diet is a type of diet that can really help you burn those fats. It is healthy and will not require you cutting drastically low on your overall diet - starving yourself. Your meals can still be completely whole, but low in carbohydrates and you can still burn those fats and burn them really fast. It all depends on how badly you want it to happen.
Basically, there are lots of hype out there about the keto diet. Half of it might be true and might not be true; it all depends on what you have heard. But you can be sure that you have found the right book that states only facts and proven points. You can also rest your mind that everything you read in this book can be proven scientifically and not rumors or what people believe to be true.
Now, let's get a little into science a bit. You see, when you are on a keto diet long enough, your body gets into a state called ketosis. What is ketosis? Ketosis is a bit complicated to explain in full, but to be short and simple, ketosis is a process.
Ketogenesis sets in when the body has been low on carbohydrates for a time long enough to stave the brain of glucose. Since glucose is considerably high in carbohydrates and carbohydrate has been drastically reduced in a keto diet. Hey! You do not have to panic about this; it is not like your brains are going to starve to death. Hahaha! So, what does the brain do when glucose which is the main source of fuel? It taps into the body's reserve of ketones to get energy for itself and the body to function properly.
You see, ketones can be seen as compounds that can be used as a substitute for insulin, or blood sugar. We can simply say ketones are compounds that the body produces in the liver with fat when the insulin in the blood is really low. Although your body produces ketones in the liver all the time, the availability of carbohydrates, proteins, and fats plays a significant
