    I am a Weight Loss Transformation Expert - certified life purpose coach, certified personal trainer, professional speaker and award winning author. But FYI, I didn’t just wind up doing this. I had to go through my own struggles first in regards to weight loss. I had to deal with my own emotional battles.

    So, here’s my story in a nut shell (I’ll try not to bore you TOO much!)

    I became a trainer initially because I lost 45 lbs, and wanted to help people to do the same.

    I lost the weight because I wound up in the hospital with internal bleeding caused by years of poor eating and obesity. I kid you not when I say that I ate fast food every single day, 3 times a day, 7 days a week, and I did this for YEARS! (ICK!!!) So after my little hospital scare, I told my wife that I needed to make a change. I needed to lose weight, and take CONTROL of my life! So yeah, I lost the 45 lbs. On a side note, I once asked my wife why she would marry a fat guy . . . Ouch, right? Wonderful attitude to have!

    But yeah, I was happy with this weight loss, and then my wife got pregnant with our son Brendan.

    Ain’t he adorable? Did the published author just use the word ain’t? umm . . . So yeah, I decided to continue my weight loss journey; I wanted to be in even better shape, and lost another 56 lbs. Yep, that would be 98.5 lbs in total. Didn’t quite hit that 100 lbs mark! Damn!

    UPDATE! Since originally writing this, I broke that 100 lbs mark! I have now officially lost 101 lbs!

    After several years, I realized that being a personal trainer alone just wasn’t enough anymore. Sure, I was helping my clients lose weight, and a lot of it. But more often than not, they would gain most of it, if not ALL of it back . . . and then some! So, I had a nagging voice in my head there has to be more! There has to be a way of helping people with the emotional struggles that YOU faced! A way to help them get it off and KEEP it off, but I shut that voice out for a long time. Denial maybe?

    I finally found my calling though, and after a decade of hard work, study and practice, I created my OWN program: The Weight Loss Transformation Program a program I wish I had when I was dealing with the emotional struggles I was facing daily (binge eating, severe anxiety, severe stress and stress eating, depression, extremely low self-esteem and self-worth, out of control anger. Just to name a few . . .). I have dedicated my professional life to helping people deal with their emotional struggles; struggles associated with their own weight loss journeys.

    Another key component: I’ve also cut out all negative and toxic people from my life, and replaced them with powerful, positive, driven, goal-oriented people, and I’ve never looked back. And here I am. Healthy and happier in my life. So yep, that’s me! Thank you again for buying this companion book, and I wish you the best on your journey.
