Test your relationship with the customer. Reach out to them and ask for a favor: “Can I take you out to lunch?” Offer to bring along an expert or colleague (i.e., tech person) that will provide the buyer even more value. Position the face-to-face meeting as a time saver. One in-person meeting can take the place of three Zoom meetings.
