Majority of people quit because the pain is to much to handle. Our nervous system is a beautiful thing. It let's us know what to stay away from. It lets us know when we feel uncomfortable and it's time to get somewhere a little more comfortable. One thing for sure is when the body feels pain, the body wants to try and find a way to stop it immediately no matter what is causing the pain. Now you as the person in control of your body can decide what pain is good pain. When it comes down to specifically training, fitness, exercise, sports, ect, when we push our bodies to its limits we tend to let pain define our limits. Pain should never be a limit while on the other side lies progress. Things that are hard in life or within your health & fitness journey, will be the things that make you greater for tomorrow and that much closer to your goals.
