Description
We all have grown up with myths, "Bread makes you fat", "You can't lift weights before a certain age", "Fruit will make you gain fat". Yes, I've heard all these before, and I know most of you have too. Myths are created to: 1)scare someone it believing it will happen to cause an opposite affect, or 2) just to be right. In this episode I will be busting the greatest myth of them all, and I know you've heard it once or twice before. "You can't eat before bed because that will make you fat". What kind of fact is this right? How can you "gain weight" eating and sleeping before bed but not gain weight by eating and sitting on the couch all day? It's basically the same thing. In both situations you're sedentary, doing minimal movement, and sometimes you might even take a little nap. Eating before bed won't cause fat/weight gain. What will cause weight gain is the amount of bad nutritional choices you make from the time you wake up to the time you go to bed. You need to change your mindset from "will this make me fat", to, "is this going to nourish my body". Fitness & Health is all mindset, and once you believe in yourself, gain control of your body and thoughts, you will win the battle throughout your transformation journey.
