About Sheena: Sheena Kilpatrick is an avid runner completing everything from 5km to marathon distance. She holds her Bachelor of Physical and Health Education. She went on to complete 500 hours of Yoga Teacher Training in India. She has continued her yoga studies and completed her Yin, Restorative and Pre/Post Natal Yoga instructor certifications.  In addition to Sheena's yoga certifications she is also a Clinical Exercise Physiologist, Pilates and Tai Chi Instructor. She finds yoga and running to be mind-body exercises that improve mental and physical health. She is the owner of Harmony Tree Studio where she offers live and online Yoga, Pilates, Tai Chi and Personal Training classes.
