Kelly Small is a Physiotherapist who has a special interest in pre & postnatal care & exercise prescription.
Being a mom is one of the most physically demanding endeavours and Kelly wants to promote physical activity and strength training throughout pregnancy & postpartum to help moms feel confident in their bodies ability to keep up with the demands of motherhood.
Kelly works out of her home in Winnipeg, which allows her to spend ample time with her patients and their unique needs.
In addition to woman’s health, she also works closely with a wide variety of orthopedic patients.
