Description

In this episode, I’m continuing the solo series of walking you through my own personal health journey, and my aim for doing this is to illustrate the things that seemed so common, but yet weren’t normal. Today, we’re talking about a condition that approximately half of all digestive and intestinal complaints are attributed to - Irritable Bowel Syndrome aka “IBS.” It’s the most common of digestive complaints. But IBS is an “umbrella” term meaning that it can be applied to a number of different things. So if you have IBS, there’s a likelihood that there’s an underlying issue going on. I had pretty severe IBS that had a significant impact on how I lived my life on a daily basis. So in this episode, I share with you: What IBS is and common causes of it What my life was like, suffering from it What things I did to overcome it READ THE SHOW NOTES: http://www.livefablife.com/120  ASK A QUESTION: http://www.livefablife.com/podcast  LEARN MORE ABOUT WORKING WITH ME: http://www.livefablife.com/services CONNECT ON INSTAGRAM: http://www.instagram.com/livefablifewithnaomi

The Live FAB Life Podcast is a weekly show that examines how stress shows up in our lives and explores practical, actionable ways to deal with using Human Design and Functional Nutrition in health, work, and everyday life. With a 20+ year career in the tech industry, I’ve seen it all; the crazy hours, super demanding lifestyles, and constant drive that pushes women into burnout and chronic illness.

Take a few minutes to practice some self-care by tuning in to this week’s episode with Naomi Nakamura, a Human Design and Functional Nutrition Coach based in the San Francisco Bay Area.
