On the 31st episode of the Seattle Foodie Podcast, we sit down with Chef Nick Novello of the Fisherman's Restaurant at Miner's Landing. Chef Novello has taken over Fisherman's Restaurant by storm since joining over a year ago and Fisherman's just recently launched a new menu for the Spring.
