Description

On the 109th episode of the Seattle Foodie Podcast, we chat with owner and chef, Traci Calderon, of the Atrium Kitchen at Pike Place Market. Traci has been running Atrium Kitchen since 2017 and pre-pandemic, Chef Traci catered, taught cooking classes, and fed the neighborhood through her Nourished Neighborhood program. Listen in as Chef Traci tells us how she got started as a chef and how she's had to pivot the Atrium Kitchen's business model during these past several months.
In addition, Monica and Nelson recap the week, which featured lunch at Andare at the Hyatt Hotel in Downtown Seattle. Andare just recently reopened after several months. They also went out to Fremont to check out the Backdoor at Roxy's to check out their re-launch.
As for what they ate this week, Nelson had pizza from Resonate Brewery, grabbed takeout from Terry's Kitchen, pre-ordered food from the @feedthepudge and Phorale pop-up, had fried chicken and gumbo at Cookies Country Chicken, checked out Don Lucho's, and joined Monica for some Nana's Green Tea.
Meanwhile, Monica revisited Sisi Kay Thai, ordered takeout from Ivar's, and used a recipe from @annie_eatsfood.
Thank you so much for listening and we hope you enjoy the latest episode of the Seattle Foodie Podcast!
