Description

On the 115th episode of the Seattle Foodie Podcast, we sit down with the owners of the Nacho Mamas Food Truck, Chris and Sandra Curtiss. You can visit their food truck at various breweries and locations. They're serving your not so ordinary gourmet nachos as well as soups and other fares. Also, make sure you don't skip their dessert specials. Listen in as Chris and Sandra tell you about the evolution of their food truck and how it all started.
Also, it's Thanksgiving week, we we tell you what we're all thankful for. Listen in as we give you 6 things we're both grateful for during this crazy year.
As for this week, Monica and Nelson both received a delivery of live Dungeness Crab from Fathom Seafood in Tacoma, WA.
In addition, for what they ate this week, Nelson had lunch and a tour of the garage at Derby Restaurant and The Shop in the Industrial District, checked out the new Salt and Straw that just recently opened in Kirkland, got takeout from the Box and Burgers, and got boba from Yifang in Redmond.
Meanwhile, Monica received a delivery from Blue Star Donuts, had fried chicken at the Counter at Old Ballard Catering Co., and revisited Heaven Sent Fried Chicken, Tutta Bella, Sisi Kay Thai, and Bells Pastries.
Thank you so much for listening. We hope you have a wonderful Thanksgiving and enjoy the latest episode of the Seattle Foodie Podcast.
