Description

On the 82nd episode of the Seattle Foodie Podcast, we interview Suji Park, CEO of Suji's Korean Cuisine. Suji's Korean Cuisine products can be found all over the world internationally including Japan and Korea and here in the U.S.  Their mission is to make Korean food uncomplicated, approachable, and enjoyable by bringing bold flavors of Korea from their kitchen to your table through global, creative, and modern recipes. Tune in as we hear Suji's story of how Suji's Korean Cuisine formed a relationship with a popular wholesale company we all know very well in Seattle and how the business blossomed from there.
In addition, Monica and Nelson recap the week, which included decorating Trophy Cupcakes with friends, picking up beer and food from Elysian Brewing, and sampling new dinner entrees from T'Juana Tacos.
We also want to give thanks to all the restaurants and small businesses who have donated their food and time to help feed all the medical staff and first responders around the Greater Seattle area.
Finally, as we've done the past several weeks, we both tell you what we've been eating and cooking at home.
Thank you so much for listening and we hope you enjoy our latest episode of the Seattle Foodie Podcast! Happy eating, Seattle!
