Description

2021. Phew. We made it. This year was a wild ride. We had a lot of really hard stuff happen in our family, a lot of loss, and it really forced me to take a step back and change the way I was doing a lot of things. In many ways, I’m really grateful for the hard because it did force me to take a step back, take a hard look at my life and my business and make some really important changes. I re-prioritized a lot in my life, focused a LOT on my mental and physical health, my marriage and my family. I worked less, I rested more, I journaled a ton, went to a ton of therapy, relied on lots of conversations with friends to get through the hardest parts of the year- but we made it through, and I truly feel better than ever. In today's episode, I'm sharing the ups and downs of the year- podcast milestones, 21 things that made my life better in 2021, and what's in store for 2022.
