Ben and I sat down to dial in to our 2018 Year in Review. I shared these exercises with my community earlier this week (you can download that guide here). This has fast become one of our favorite rituals to round out the year and orient ourselves as we walk in to the next one…and this New Year’s Eve celebration did not disappoint. For the first time, we took the day and went to a coffee shop to go through the process of reviewing each month, looking at what was accomplished, how we felt during those seasons and how it all rolled up at the end of the year. We spent time looking ahead and grounding ourselves in to the ways we want to feel and our increased focus on how we want to BE (which is a worthy challenge for these Virgo DOERS). In this episode we shared: A 2018 recap on how much has changed. Our internal work and what has resulted from committing so deeply to it. What a full year of homeschooling has taught us. The commitment we’re making in our marriage. What shifted for us in our money mindset. The mega-project that changed our lives from the inside out. What we’re most excited about walking in to 2019 together. Our areas of focus for the New Year in our family and careers.
