    Herb-Crusted Roast Chicken

    Serves: 4

    Preparation Time: 15 minutes

    Total Time: 1 hour 30 minutes

    Ingredients:

    1 whole chicken (about 4 lbs.)

    2 tbsp olive oil

    2 tsp dried thyme

    2 tsp dried rosemary

    1 tsp dried oregano

    1 tsp garlic powder

    Salt and pepper to taste

    Instructions:

    Set the oven's temperature to 350°F (175°C).

    Combine the dried thyme, dried rosemary, dried oregano, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.

    After applying olive oil, coat the chicken with the herb mixture.

    Arrange the chicken on a baking sheet and roast it in the preheated oven for approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).

    After taking the chicken out of the oven, give it a 10- to 15-minute rest before carving.
