    Ingredients:

    −  1/2 cup cooked quinoa

    −  1/4 cup fresh blueberries

    −  1 small banana, sliced

    −  1 tablespoon chopped walnuts

    −  1 teaspoon pure maple syrup (optional)

    Instructions:

    Layer cooked quinoa in a bowl.

    Add walnuts, banana slices, and blueberries on top.

    If preferred, drizzle with pure maple syrup.

    Nutritional Facts: (approximate)

    Calories: 320

    Protein: 7g

    Carbohydrates: 62g

    Fat: 6g
