    PEAR PANCAKES

    INGREDIENTS

    1 cup whole wheat flour

    ¼ tsp baking soda

    ¼ tsp baking powder

    1 cup pears

    2 eggs

    1 cup milk

    DIRECTIONS

    In a bowl combine all ingredients together and mix well

    In a skillet heat olive oil

    Pour ¼ of the batter and cook each pancake for 1-2 minutes per side

    When ready remove from heat and serve

    ALMOND PANCAKES

    INGREDIENTS

    1 cup almonds

    2 eggs

    1 cup milk
