Orange & (sshhhh!) cauliflower loaf $AVER

2 oranges
½ head cauliflower, chopped into small florets
½ cup almond meal
1 tablespoon mixed spice
½ cup maple syrup
2 eggs
¼ cup vegetable oil
1 teaspoon vanilla paste or extract
1½ cups wholemeal flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
½ teaspoon salt
1 cup low-fat plain yoghurt, to serve
Preheat ovenfan-forced and line a 6-cup capacity loaf tin with baking paper.
