    Prep Time: 10 minutes

    Total Time: 30 minutes

    Ingredients:

    1 lb Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved

    2 tbsp olive oil

    Salt and pepper to taste

    Instructions:

    Set the oven's temperature to 400°F (200°C).

    Combine the olive oil, salt, and pepper with the Brussels sprouts.

    Arrange them in a single layer on a baking sheet.

    Roast for 20 to 25 minutes, or until fork-tender and just barely crunchy.
