This week's episode of The Sunday Shakeout features a basic guide to hydration. Hydration is a crucial topic in the sport that is often overlooked, or flat out misunderstood. In this episode, I look to take a deep dive into all things electrolytes, cramping, hyponatremia, fluid loss, sodium, and so much more. If you can optimize your hydration in the sport of distance running, you will go really far and achieve peak performance.
