Today, my guest is Author and Nutrition Coach, Kate Deering. Kate coaches stressed out people on how to optimise a slow running metabolism. 
I wanted to put Kate in the hot seat to talk about hormones and the importance of progesterone. So, we actually kicked off the podcast talking about me, and my allergies!
