Our friend Kate Deering, the author of Heal Your Metabolism and just all round awesome human, is back! If you haven’t read her book How to heal your metabolism I highly recommend it. We attract women of all ages into our Winatlife program but a large chunk of them are in their 40's and 50's and many of them suffer from perimenopausal and menopausal symptoms.Things like hot flushes, night sweats, mood swings, vaginal dryness and weight gain. Through diet and lifestyle changes we've not only helped them improve all their symptoms but also lose weight.They didn't have to cut sugar, carbs, dairy or do a tonne of cardio to get these results. Kate is almost 50 years old, and I turned 40 in January this year.
