Description

In this episode, Mackenzie Williams sits down with Reilly to share her journey with overcoming disordered eating and how she learned to make peace with food as a college athlete.
When we first started working together, Mackenzie was a senior at VCU on the women's field hockey team. Over the past 5 years, she has won an A10 championship at VCU and competed for the Canadian Junior national team and the Ontario provincial team. In her recent retirement, Mackenzie is focusing on completing her Master’s in Supply Chain Management and is excited to graduate in August.
Mackenzie has had an ongoing journey with fueling. Battling with an eating disorder and disordered eating since her sophomore year of college she is proud to say she is recovered; she’s learned a lot about herself throughout her journey and is excited to share her story with other athletes in today's episode.
