Our bodies have a natural hardwired instinct to stay safe. When our bodies feel pain, discomfort, uncomfortability, or anything out of routine, the body will send signals to your brain forcing you to stop (quit). When this message gets relayed, you then have two choices: Give in and quit, or keep pushing and achieve progress/growth.
