Where you are mentally will drastically transform where you will be physically. In this episode I break down my story with mental health/happiness and how you can overcome anything you're dealing with mentally through fitness. What I want you to do is think of you and only you. There are many people on social media who seem to be happy, fit, have it all, but are internally depressed, angry, anxious, ect. This is where that person who is shredded, lean, and in shape tells their best friend that they aren't happy with how they look, and that friend laughs because well look at them. They're shredded, why would he/she not like how they look. We all deal with things on different levels and react differently to every stressor in this world. But when you focus on you and only you because no one else is going to care for your health more than you should. No one is going to understand exactly what you're feeling. You need to find happiness within you to finally look at yourself with happiness and not anger, hate, sadness, regret, ect.
