Description

Nutrition plays an essential part of your health, performance, progress, and life! If we practice suppressing a macro because a stupid magazine says, "lose 15lbs in 2 weeks", all we're doing is practicing how to fight against our hardwired human codes. If you abuse ANY macro and consume to much, yes you can put your body in a surplus, which will then equal to weight gain or a plateau.    1g of protein is 4 calories, 1g of carbohydrates is 4 calories, and 1g of fat is 9 calories. This is how your body views all nutrition that enters the GI tract. All you need to do is one of two things depending on the goals you have: 1) get into a surplus (weight gain) or, 2) get into a deficit (weight loss). Food has been here since the day mankind was created.
