In this third and final episode of the Anxiety Series, you will learn about what it takes to heal from anxiety- for good. There is a big difference between coping and Recovery from Anxiety, the most important of which is longevity. 
Coping tends to spot treat anxiety symptoms. Skills and tools work for a limited time, and leave us with no long term solution. IT's frustrating and like running a marathon with no finish line.
Healing is very different. Healing involves getting rid of anxiety's control over our lives for good, which is done by working with brain and body science and changing our relationship with ourselves. Healing lasts. We can feel anxiety without letting it control our lives.
