Description

There’s worry, and then there’s anxiety, and they are very different. Worry, also sometimes called pervasive thinking, is where we future trip, plan worst case scenarios and allow our brain to run our days in a negative way.
Worry has us living in our heads. When we live in our heads, we are disconnected from ourselves and others. Worry causes all kinds of problems: it saps your energy, both emotionally and physically, causes insomnia & restlessness, and lots of times - it can lead to anxiety.
When we worry, we are missing out on what is good in this world!
Listen to today's episode for some great tips on how to keep worry in check:

DON'T let worry send you down the path to more problems. Let’s discipline our brains, people!
I’m here with you, doing the work. Thanks for showing up.
