Got a Cell Phone Habit? Yep, me too.
I just returned from spending a week camping in the woods. No cellphones, no rings, no dings. Just enjoying nature. It was so nice. But it’s so hard to do that now that I’m back at home! These machines have us roped in.
In this episode I am talking about why it might be beneficial to take a look at our cell phone habits, and exactly WHAT we can do to cut back.
We will discuss why the cell phone habit is so damaging and how we can conquer it. 
The cell phone is a great tool and so many of us use it for personal and business reasons, but also so many of us use it for time wasting churn. So that’s what I’m going to focus on, using this thing as a tool and getting rid of the rest.
