Description

Today on the show we have Dr. Pat Davidson. Pat is an educator in the field of physical preparation coaching and personal training. He has a Phd in exercise physiology, and spent several years as a Professor of Exercise Science at Springfield College and Brooklyn College. This conversation ended up going to some really great places. In it we discussed managing physical qualities, systems, organizing frameworks, athletic development, and much more. I enjoyed this conversation immensely, and I hope you all do as well.Links to Pat: All of Pats educational courses, seminars, books, and content can be found through Pat’s linktree on instagramInstagram: https://www.instagram.com/dr.patdavidson/?hl=enOxidative Potential Podcast LinksInstagram Links:https://www.instagram.com/criticalo2/?hl=enhttps://www.instagram.com/resiliencehpc/?hl=enYoutube Links:https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCfkBVklDMTPMbaPw0ikG2tgWebsite Links:https://www.resiliencehpc.ca/
