On the show today is Dr. Will O'Connor Phd. Will and his group just recently published research surrounding carbohydrate interventions in endurance cycling, which we discuss in this episode. We discuss many things in the episode, including introducing diet interventions, and who may, or may not be applicable for engaging in these types of practices. Also, we discuss integrating diagnostic tools and technology into useful information.
