Description

Today on the show is Doctor Philip Skiba. You may recognize Dr. Skiba from the famous Nike Breaking 2 documentary, where he, and a few other selected scientists worked with a group of elite runners to break the two hour marathon barrier. Dr. Skiba is a board certified physician in family medicine and sports medicine. Also, he has a Phd in exercise physiology from the Jones Lab in University of Exeter, and has published many great papers in the field. He holds the role as team physician for the University of  Illinois and the physician to many other professional, university, and high school athletes. On top of that he has trained some of the most elite elite endurance athletes in the world.
