If you’ve hung around here for a short while, you know that I am BIG on setting goals. At the beginning of 2019 I shared my goals for the year. Here’s the thing, not only do I strongly believe in setting goals, I also feel it’s important to take some time to reflect on the goals that we’ve set. (Even if we haven’t done anything with them!) Reflecting teaches us lessons so we can improve and change. Today I chat about the four goals I had set at the beginning of the year, and what working toward those goals has looked like for me.
