* Preheat the oven to 350°F.
* Preheat your oven to its maximum temperature (typically 475-500°F or 245-260°C).
Making the Dough:
* On a floured surface, roll out the pizza dough to the appropriate thickness.
Prepare the Pizza:
* Roll out the dough and place it on a pizza stone or baking sheet.
* Evenly distribute the tomato sauce over the dough.
* Top with fresh mozzarella cheese slices.
* Garnish with fresh basil leaves. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper to taste.
Bake the Pizza:
* Place the pizza in the preheated oven. Bake for 10-15 minutes, or until the crust is brown and the cheese is melted and bubbling.

Ingredients:
* 2 pounds peeled and cooked potatoes
* 1 1/2 cups almond flour (keto) or cassava flour (paleo)
* 1 big egg * Salt to taste
Instructions:
* Prepare the potatoes:
* Boil the peeled potatoes until fork tender. Mash them well.
Prepare the Dough:
* Allow the mashed potatoes to cool slightly before serving.
* Combine the mashed potatoes, almond/cassava flour, beaten egg, and salt in a large mixing dish. Mix everything together until a dough forms.
Gnocchi Shape:
* Cut the dough into little pieces.
* Make a long rope out of each half and cut it into bite-sized pieces.
* For added texture, make fork marks on each piece.
Make Gnocchi:
* Bring a kettle of salted water to a boil.
* Place the gnocchi in a pot of boiling water. They are done when they float to the surface (typically after 2-3 minutes).

* For keto, properly rinse shirataki noodles or spiralize zucchini into noodles.
Prepare the Sauce:
* Heat olive oil in a skillet and sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
* Cook for a few minutes after adding the smashed tomatoes.
