    Cauliflower Gratin with Cheese

    Preparation Time: 15 minutes 

    Cooking Time: 1 hour 

    Servings: 7 

    Ingredients:  

    1 cauliflower 

    1 cup Swiss cheese, grated

    1 1/2 tbsp lemon juice

    3/4 tsp Dijon mustard 

    3 tbsp green onions, chopped 

    1/4 cup grated cheese 

    Directions:  

    Wash cauliflower and cut into small florets. Grease with cooking spray or olive oil (optional) over the bottom of the slow cooker. Put cauliflower florets in a single layer. Mix in a separate bowl lemon juice, mustard and add green onion and grated cheese. Put the mixture over the cauliflower, cover, and cook on low 1 hour. Serve hot. 

    Nutrition (per Serving): Calories 210 Carbs 31g Fat 2g Protein 5g
