Butternut Squash Breakfast Mix
Preparation time: 10 minutes
Cooking time: 8 hours
Servings: 4
Ingredients:
2 apples, peeled, cored and cubed
½ cup walnuts, soaked for 12 hours and drained
½ cup almonds
1 butternut squash, peeled and cubed
1 teaspoon cinnamon powder
½ teaspoon nutmeg, ground
1 tablespoon coconut sugar
1 cup coconut milk
Directions:
In your slow cooker, mix walnuts with almonds, squash cubes, apples, cinnamon, nutmeg, coconut sugar and milk, stir a bit, cover and cook on Low for 8 hours.
Mash using a potato masher, divide into bowls
