    Introduction

Science reveals new healthy diet plans almost daily and Paleo is the new buzz word. Paleo is all about following the diet of your ancestors. It is also known as Stone Age, warrior, or caveman diet because it consists of eating animals and plants like our ancestors did 10,000 years ago.

The reasoning behind eating what our ancestors used to eat is that our bodies are designed to eat like our Paleolithic ancestors. Today it is accepted as a diet that includes balanced nutrients, promote a healthier lifestyle, and reduce the risk of chronic diseases. Some of the major benefits of following a Paleo diet are healthy immune system, improved health, mental clarity, enhanced energy levels, and weight loss.

Paleo is a balanced diet, loaded with nutrients. Being on Paleo diet does not mean that you can no longer enjoy delicious food. To make the job easier for you we have compiled for you some of the most delicious and easy to cook Paleo dishes. Read along to find out dishes that are not only healthy and Paleo friendly, but also a treat for you and your family.
