    Pumpkin, Feta and Caramelised Onion Pizza

    Serves 2, Prep and Cook 25 mins

    500g packet Prep Set Go Pumpkin Chunks (see Tip)
    300g packet (2) pizza base (see Tip)
    ¹/ ³ cup pizza sauce
    ¹/ ³ cup caramelised onion
    ¹/ ³ cup roasted capsicum strips
    80g Greek feta, crumbled
    ¹/ ³ cup grated mozzarella
    Baby rocket leaves, to serve

    Pull out the pan and basket from a 7-litre air fryer. Arrange pumpkin chunks in basket. Spray with olive oil. Season with salt and pepper. Slide pan and basket back into
