    Crispy keto tuna burgers

    Ingredients

    Crispy tuna burgers

    15 oz. canned tuna in water, drained

    2⁄3 cup mayonnaise

    1½ large eggs

    1½ tbsp garlic powder

    1½ tbsp onion powder

    2⁄5 tsp salt

    2⁄5 tsp ground black pepper

    2¼ tbsp olive oil, divided, for frying

    Serving

    1½ tomatoes, thinly sliced (about 4 oz/110 g each)

    2¼ oz. leafy greens or lettuce

    2⁄3 cup mayonnaise

    Directions

    Step 1: Combine together the ingredients together (exclude the oil) in a medium bowl. Form the mixture into small burgers, about 2 inches wide and 0.4 inch thick.

    Step 2: Pour enough oil to cover the bottom of a large frying pan, heat oil over medium heat. Fry the burgers in batches, place the tuna patties in the pan, lightly pressing the surfaces with a spatula. fry for 3-4 minutes per side, until golden brown and crispy.

    Step 3: Arrange a lettuce leaves to each serving plate, top with a tuna burger, tomato slice, and a dollop of mayonnaise (3 burgers, per portion). Seasoning with pepper and salt. Serve.

    2½ oz. blue cheese

    2⁄5 cup Greek yogurt

    1/4 cup mayonnaise

    1/4 cup heavy whipping cream

    salt and pepper

    1 tbsp fresh parsley, finely chopped
