    Keto avocado eggs with bacon sails

    Cooking Time: 15 m

    Servings: 6

    Ingredients

    3 hard-boiled eggs

    ¾ avocado

    1½ tsp olive oil

    3¾ oz. bacon

    salt and pepper

    Directions

    Step 1: Heat the oven to 350 Fahrenheit (180 Celsius).

    Step 2: Cover the eggs with water in a saucepan. Bring to boil lightly and let simmer for 8 to 10 minutes. When they are done immediately put the eggs in ice cold water to make them easier to peel.

    Step 3: Split the eggs into halves lengthwise and remove the yolks. Place them in a small bowl.

    Step 4: Mash avocado and oil together until combined. Season with salt and pepper.

    Step 5: Arrange the bacon on a baking sheet and bake about 5 to 7 minutes until crispy. You can also fry them in a frying skillet.
