    Keto cheese chips

    Ingredients

    15 oz. cheddar cheese or provolone cheese or Edam cheese, shredded

    1 tsp paprika powder

    Directions

    Step 1: Heat the oven to 400 Fahrenheit (200 Celsius).

    Step 2: Put shredded cheese in small heaps on a baking pan lined with parchment paper. Make sure to leave enough space in between them so they're not touching.

    Step 3: Scatter paprika powder on top. Bring to bake in the oven for about 8 to10 minutes, depending on how thick they are. Carefully towards the end so that you don't burn the cheese, as burned cheese tends to have a bitter taste.

    Step 4: Remove and let the cheese cool on the rack. Serve as a crunchy snack or perfect to serve with a dip.
