    Keto Open-Faced Chicken Cordon Bleu

    Ingredients

    1/2 pound chicken cutlets, pounded to 1/4-inch thickness

    1 pinch salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste

    1 eggs

    1/2 teaspoon Dijon mustard

    42 cups almond flour

    2 tablespoons and 1/2 teaspoon freshly grated Parmesan cheese

    1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

    1 tablespoon and 2-3/4 teaspoons avocado oil

    2 ounces shaved deli ham

    1/2 cup shredded Swiss cheese

    Directions

    Step 1:

    Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Season chicken cutlets with salt and pepper; reserve.

    Step 2:

    Whisk eggs and Dijon mustard collectively in a shallow bowl. Combine almond flour, Parmesan cheese, and garlic powder in another shallow bowl. Dip chicken cutlets into egg blend, letting excessive drip off. Dredge with almond flour mixture, after that arranged on a plate.

    Step 3:

    Warmth oil in a huge skillet over medium-high warmth. Add chicken cutlets and make until golden brown, three to four minutes. Flip over and prepare until chicken is definitely no more pink inside and the juices are operating clear, three to four minutes more.
