    Ingredients:

    Batter

    4 eggs

    2 cups shredded white cheddar cheese

    Salt and pepper to taste

    2 tablespoons butter for brushing the waffle maker

    4 large eggs

    2 tablespoons olive oil

    Directions:

    Preheat the waffle maker.

    Crack the eggs into a bowl, whisk them.

    Stir in the cheddar cheese, season with salt and pepper.

    Brush the waffle maker with butter, add a few tablespoons of the batter.

    Close the lid and cook for about 7–8 minutes.

    While chaffles are cooking, cook the eggs.

    Warm the oil in a large pan that has a lid over medium-low heat for 2-3 minutes
