Barbecue Beef Burger with Chicken Salted Chips

1 kg packet frozen crinkle cut chips
Chicken salt, to taste
¼ cup mayonnaise
¼ cup smoky barbecue sauce
8 streaky bacon rashers
4 slices Edam cheese
4 wholegrain hamburger rolls, halved, toasted
8 baby cos lettuce leaves
1 large tomato, thickly sliced

500g beef mince1 tblsp Dijon mustard1 tblsp Worcestershire sauce1 clove garlic, crushed1 egg, lightly beaten¼ cup packaged dried breadcrumbs
