Asian Pork Rissoles
Serves 4, Prep and Cook 35 mins
500g pork mince
1 cup fresh breadcrumbs
3 green spring onions, finely chopped
½ cup finely chopped fresh coriander
¼ cup hoisin sauce
1 clove garlic, crushed
1 egg, lightly beaten
Cucumber ribbons and sweet chilli sauce, to serve
Fresh mint leaves and shredded green spring onions, to garnish
1 Combine pork, breadcrumbs, onions, coriander, sauce, garlic and egg in a large bowl. Season with salt and pepper. Mix well.
2 Divide mixture into eight equal portions. Shape portions into rissoles.
