She also shares exercises and reflection questions to help listeners put what they’ve learned into practice right away.

Now more than ever, it’s crucial that we are proactive about our mental health and managing stress levels. Laura Brassie’s course is a powerful introduction to holding it together.

A very basic overview of burnouts and very basic approaches to treat them. I'd say it's a good book to read at first but then move on to more elaborate works

This book really helped me identify what triggers burnout for me specifically based on my personality type. I highly recommend this for identifying what triggers burnout for you. I wish the book gave some possible solutions for treating burnout as well for each type but the book is pretty short so can’t expect it to go over everything.
