Reviews for Preventing and Treating Burnout
5 ratings2 reviews
- Rating: 2 out of 5 stars2/5A very basic overview of burnouts and very basic approaches to treat them. I'd say it's a good book to read at first but then move on to more elaborate works
- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5This book really helped me identify what triggers burnout for me specifically based on my personality type. I highly recommend this for identifying what triggers burnout for you. I wish the book gave some possible solutions for treating burnout as well for each type but the book is pretty short so can’t expect it to go over everything.
