Introduction
Hello, thanks for joining me. I’m Tess Brigham, and this is Out With the Old, In With the You, a course from Scribd Coach.
So many people struggle with making decisions. They look around and feel like everyone else has it all figured out. It seems as if there is a guidebook to life that everyone else saw, that they feel like they have missed out on. They wish they had a fairy godmother to solve all their problems.
Unfortunately, I don’t have a magic wand, but I do know how to help you. I am a clinical therapist, and I provide coaching and life strategy to Millennials and 20-somethings. The most important skill you can develop is the ability to quiet all voices in your head so you can listen to and distinguish your own voice. It’s only when you can trust your own voice that you can really identify what you want, who you want to be with, and how you want to navigate your life.
