    About the Author

    Introduction

What do I need to do to get a good night sleep?

It isn’t easy to live with arthritis pain. I know how that is first-hand. I’ve had arthritis for over fifteen years now. And I’ve experienced more and more disability as you’ll as pain and fatigue in my life.

I was merely forty years old when I was first diagnosed with arthritis, and I felt like my life was over. Many times, I though, how can I carry on if even getting a good night sleep is impossible to come by because I cannot get comfortable in bed? It is VERY hard to live and function with arthritis pain all the time, but it is even harder to sleep with arthritis pain.

I’ve struggled to find cures (I was in denial at the beginning, thinking that there MUST BE SOMETHING that will cure my pain), salves, pain pills, and sleeping pills--anything that would help me get a better night sleep. But sadly, nothing helped for long.

I tried many different things to help me ease my pain so that I could get some sleep. Nothing really worked for long
