In this e-book, I have tried to explain how to reorganize your life so that you cultivate a positive mindset.
The worst thing you can do is to expect that your life will be the same after being diagnosed with a chronic illness. Your life will be different, and the quicker you accept this, the better.
Further, instead of trying to do what you did over and over and frustrating yourself because you cannot do as much as you used to, it is far better that you reorganize your life so that you can live the best life that you can, even though you have a chronic illness.
Your life isn’t over if you have a chronic illness. However, how you used to do things must necessarily change. You cannot live your life vicariously in the past. Instead, you must embrace your limitations, accept them, and build a life for yourself that is empowering and enlightening. You can do this by taking a few concrete steps every day. This e-book will show you how to do that.

Introduction
One of the best things that you can do as a chronically-ill individual is to cultivate a positive mindset. It can be hard to develop a different mindset when living with a chronic illness. It is far easier to simply go through the motions and live half a life. But this is not what living well with arthritis is all about.
To live the best life possible, you must rethink the negativity of chronic illness and develop a much more positive mindset about your condition by focusing on some of the good things in your life and realizing that pills and medical treatment are not the only things that can
